(Bangkok, June 11, 2025) – Vietjet Thailand made a strong presence at Job Expo Thailand 2025, organized by the Ministry of Labor from June 6 – 8 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. Thousands of participants explored the airline’s dynamic career showcase, opened doors to new opportunities as the airline’s team continues to grow, and gained insights into its strategic expansion plan. The event attracted over 1,700 applicants eager to join Vietjet Thailand, reflecting the strong interest in the airline’s work culture and future development.
 
The airline’s booth J21 became one of the key destinations for visitors seeking a future in the aviation industry. Thousands of attendees explored available roles—from cabin crew and pilots to engineers and corporate staff—reflecting high interest in joining the fast-growing airline with long-term career potential.

This engagement marks a significant milestone in Vietjet Thailand’s growth journey. The airline is preparing for major expansion—enhancing its fleet, launching new routes, increasing flight frequencies, and boosting passenger capacity. To support this growth, Vietjet Thailand is actively recruiting 120 cabin crew members in 2025 and 80 pilots by 2026, with plans to expand its workforce from 1,300 to over 5,000 employees by 2029.

One highlight of the 3-day event was a focused recruitment session on June 6, where potential candidates met directly with Vietjet Thailand’s recruitment team to apply for key positions such as cabin crew, experienced pilots, and first officer pilots. Attendees received real-time guidance on the selection process, leaving many better informed and excited about their future careers with the airline.
