FUN Rewards Member Account Deletion
How to delete your FUN Rewards member account?
To delete the membership, please follow the following process;
1. You can send your request to delete your account via email to vz.support@vietjetair.com
2. The email of request should be included the information as follows:
- Member Email
- Member ID Member
- Member Name and Surname
3. Your request will be completed within 14 working days after we receive your email
Personal Information
Member accepts and allows the airline to collect and disclose personal data for commercial purposes, abide by privacy policy of https://funcoin.vietjetair.com/client#!/customer/pages/term-and-condition
Mobile application have cookies and may link to third party tracking to better improve member journey and experience. The airline has no control of those personal data that member may submit to third party
The airline shall improve privacy policy without prior notice to member, hence the updated policy to be announced on the website
Information retention period
The User’s personal information shall be stored until the User requests to remove, destroy. The User’s information shall be kept confidential at our server in any case.
Methods for the User to withdraw its consent
The User would like to withdraw its consent to FUN Rewards Loyalty Program for collecting and processing the data under the Privacy Policy may : contact us by send an email to : vz.support@vietjetair.com
Membership Validity
The membership account is no validity until the following cases;
- The account is terminated by provider
- The account is inactive for over 5 years
- The account is merged with other account
- The Account is canceled at the request of the Account holder
