Another significant milestone for VietJet Thailand's Contact Centre!

After winning the Gold Award for The Best Contact Center Operations 2024 (under 100 seats) at the national level, our team proudly represented Thailand at the regional competition during the CC-APAC Regional Awards 2024.

 

The event was held on October 25, 2024, at the Equarius Hotel, Resort World Sentosa, Singapore, organized by the Contact Centre Association of Singapore (CCAS).

 

This month, on December 10, 2024, the official results were announced.

Our Contact Centre was honored with the Bronze Award for Contact Centre Operations 2024, recognizing excellence in customer service at the Asia-Pacific level.

 

This award reflects the dedication and tireless efforts of our team in improving customer service to deliver the best possible experiences and create lasting impressions for all passengers.
