(Bangkok, 23 December, 2024) – Spreading its wings to India, Vietjet Thailand successfully inaugurates its latest service connecting Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) and Mumbai. The inaugural flight was celebrated with a welcome ceremony at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai.

 

Departed from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport, upon arrival at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, passengers on the inaugural VZ760 flight received a warm welcome from Mr. Tanveer Bobade, Head of Aero Commercial, ADANI Airport Operator; Mr. Mahesh Kamble, Deputy General Manager of AI Airport Services Limited (AIASL); Mr. Sanjay Meena, Assistant Commandant of Central Industrial Security Force; Mr. Sanjay Rade, Deputy General Manager of Joint Control Center Mumbai International Airport Ltd, Mr. Anshuman Rai, Wing In Charge of Mumbai Immigration; and Mr. Luong Truong An, Executive Vice President of Vietjet Thailand.

In the early stage, the service between Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) and Mumbai is operated with a daily flight, flight VZ760 departing from Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi: BKK) at 20:45 and arriving at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM) at Mumbai at 23:50. The return flight VZ761 departs Mumbai at 00:45, and lands in Bangkok at 06:25 (all in local time).
