Term & Conditions :
1. This campaign is an ex-gratia gesture provided by the airline to assist passengers under specific circumstances beyond the airline's control, and shall be governed solely by the conditions set forth in this campaign.
2. This campaign is applicable to passengers who purchase one-way tickets on the Bangkok (BKK) – Incheon (ICN) route, or round-trip tickets on the Bangkok (BKK) – Incheon (ICN) – Bangkok (BKK) route only.
3. This campaign is applicable only to passengers who purchase tickets through Vietjet Thailand’s official direct channels.
4. For passengers whose K-ETA applications are not approved (declined), passengers may choose to request a refund or a Credit Shell, subject to official document verification.
5. To be eligible for a refund or Credit Shell in the event of a K-ETA rejection, passengers must submit documentary evidence of the K-ETA denial, including but not limited to the following:
- A copy of the official K-ETA rejection notification issued by the Korean authorities (screenshot or PDF), clearly showing the passenger’s name and application result
- A copy of the passenger’s passport
- The confirmed flight booking confirmation or e-ticket
6. Passengers must submit documentary evidence of the K-ETA rejection at least 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date via the following channels: Live Chat (Facebook: Vietjet, LINE Official: @thaivietjet, Website Chat, and WeChat).
7. Once the passenger has confirmed the selection of either a refund or a Credit Shell, the chosen option cannot be changed or cancelled under any circumstances.
8. This campaign does not apply to passengers who fail to submit their K-ETA application within the timeframe required by the Korean authorities.
9. Eligibility is strictly limited to the original passenger whose K-ETA application was not approved. The entitlement is non-transferable and may not be used by any other individual.
10. The refund or issuance of a Credit Shell shall apply to the Base Fare only and shall not include airport taxes, payment convenience fees, or any add-on services of any kind.
11. Refunds can be requested through the refund request form and will be processed in accordance with the applicable ticket conditions and passenger protection regulations. The refund will be made only via the original payment method used for the ticket purchase, and the processing period will be up to 45 business days.
12. In the event that the passenger chooses to retain the ticket for future use (Credit Shell), it may be held for up to 365 days from the original scheduled travel date.
13. The issued Credit Shell must be used within the specified validity period. Once the validity period has expired, any remaining credit will no longer be usable.
14. The Credit Shell is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
15. The use of the Credit Shell is subject to seat availability and applicable fare conditions as determined by the airline.
16. This Credit Shell is valid for travel on routes to South Korea (ICN) only. However, in the event of any changes to flight routes, the airline reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to allow the Credit Shell to be used on other routes operated by the airline, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
17. The airline reserves the right to approve or reject the issuance of a Credit Shell if the submitted documents are incomplete, inaccurate, or if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud.
18. This campaign applies strictly to cases where the passenger’s K-ETA application is not approved. It does not cover cases of denied entry by immigration authorities or any other circumstances beyond K-ETA rejection.
19. The airline reserves the right to amend or terminate the campaign, including its terms and conditions, without prior notice.
